The needs of any two multi-market clients are never the same, and with the depth of knowledge and expertise we have locally and centrally we are able to offer our clients a range of management structures to suit their needs. For some clients central management is the preferred option, with the central agency team responsible for all deliverables from planning through set up to reporting and optimisation. For other clients it is more appropriate to have these services delivered locally by our local teams to local clients. However, the needs of the majority of our clients fall somewhere in between. Under our ‘hybrid’ structure, our central hubs will often develop a regional or global strategy for these clients, which is then implemented by our in-market experts. Reporting takes place centrally and locally, and the central team use their regional/global insights to carry out cross-market optimisations. Both local and central teams are involved in the development of the digital strategy, reporting (this is usually consolidated centrally) and communication with the client will happen from a central and/or local perspective. This approach can be truly bespoke to our clients’ needs and organisation structure.
Our central team will lead the strategy and rely on the local markets for implementation and localisation of this strategy.
According to this service model, our central team runs campaigns across multiple markets from one single location (our Chicago, London, France & Singapore hubs).
